The T-402S Optical Fiber Fusion Splicer adopts AI splicing technology "Nano Alignment," which uses artificial intelligence analysis to automatically optimize splicing parameters, achieving low-loss splicing. This reduces rework time and improves work efficiency. Another feature of the Nano Alignment technology is its ability to achieve low-loss splicing even when the fiber end face is flawed, ensuring construction quality. The T-402S Optical Fiber Fusion Splicer is designed to be cold-resistant, high-pressure resistant, high-temperature resistant, waterproof, and drop-resistant.
Splicing Speed and Heating Speed.The T-402S Optical Fiber Fusion Splicer has a splicing time of 6 seconds and a heating time of 12 seconds, enabling high-speed splicing with ease. Additionally, the preset heating programs ensure suitability for FTTx installation and maintenance engineering sites.
Multi-Functional Clamp.The multi-functional clamp of the T-402S Optical Fiber Fusion Splicer supports ribbon fiber splicing, ribbon fiber to 2-3mm pigtail splicing, 250μm bare fiber splicing, and 900μm pigtail splicing, eliminating the need for clamp replacement time.
Compatibility with Heat Melt Connectors.The T-402S Optical Fiber Fusion Splicer can be configured with multiple splicing and heating programs and can store numerous splicing data and images. It supports up to 150 splicing programs, over 50 heating programs, storage of 10,000 splicing data entries, and 100 splicing images.
Environment-Resistant Design.The T-402S Optical Fiber Fusion Splicer meets IP5x dust resistance and IPx1 water resistance ratings, making it suitable for FTTH installation and maintenance engineering site environments. The wear resistance of components such as switches and screens significantly reduces the technical requirements for on-site operators.
Additionally, the T-402S Optical Fiber Fusion Splicer features a user-friendly system menu design for intuitive and convenient operation. Accessories include the T-402S Optical Fiber Fusion Splicer main unit, FC-5S fiber cleaver, AC adapter, AC power cord, BU-15 battery, and heat melt connector clamp. It comes in a compact carrying case with ample internal space to meet the demands of FTTx engineering sites.
