Copper shot, also known as copper wire cut shot, copper wire rounded shot, pure copper shot, etc., is a granular material refined through processes like wire drawing, cutting, and rounding, appearing as golden, shiny spherical or cylindrical beads.
- Red copper shot: Copper content about 96%-99%, with very few impurities, suitable for high-purity requirement scenarios.  
- Brass shot: Copper content about 62%, zinc content about 37.5%, higher hardness (180-205Hv), suitable for strengthening treatment.  
- Special alloys: Some products may contain small amounts of tin (Sn) or phosphorus (P), for example, a certain model of copper shot contains Cu 88.05%-89.3%, Sn 10.5%-11.5%, P 0.2%-0.45%, applicable for specific sandblasting operations.
Physical Properties  
- Specific gravity: Brass shot about 8.6g/cm³, red copper shot may be slightly lower due to higher purity.  
- Hardness: Brass shot is 180-205Hv, red copper shot has lower hardness (e.g., 65-125Hv), suitable for scenarios with low surface wear requirements on workpieces.

- Diameter range: Conventional specifications are 0.2mm-3.0mm, some manufacturers can customize up to 4.0mm.
