Manufacturing Method
The elevator protection door is entirely made of steel structure. The steel materials used are national standard materials, and the manufacturing strictly follows the drawings to ensure correct dimensions and secure welding points, achieving the purpose of safety protection. The elevator safety door is painted lemon yellow, and the lower kickplate uses alternating yellow and black patterns.

The elevator safety protection door is made of solid steel. The steel materials used by the protection door factory are national standard materials, and the manufacturing strictly follows the drawings to ensure correct dimensions and secure welding points. The door surface is composed of small-hole steel mesh or welded mesh panels combined with steel plates. This design prevents waiting personnel from reaching out to open the door while allowing the elevator operator to observe the situation inside the building, facilitating communication between personnel inside and outside the building. The door latch is designed on the outside and can only be operated by the elevator operator, effectively preventing waiting personnel on the floor from opening the protection door and eliminating potential construction risks such as falling objects and falls from height. Additionally, warning signs and kickplate warning lines are sprayed to enhance the civilized construction image of the site. Our factory's safety doors are easy to install and remove. Simply weld a 90-degree right-angle round steel bar at the corresponding position on the outer scaffold steel pipe vertical pole and hang the protection door for use.

1. The external elevator protection door adopts a sliding protection door; cracks and severe rust are not allowed. All vertical poles, large and small horizontal bars, uniformly meet the actual needs of the site, are durable, and are of qualified quality.

      2. The external elevator protection door uses a grating door for protection, with door width x height = 1500mm X 1200mm (referring to the outer edge dimensions). The steel grating is

welded with steel bars. First, weld a rectangular frame according to the design dimensions, then vertically weld steel bar railings with a spacing of 150mm;

      3. Weld steel pipes on the upper and lower horizontal bars of the protective steel bar door, requiring the steel pipe to be concentric with the welded steel bars. Use electric welding with a welding point spacing of 200mm. The steel pipe length is 1500mm;

      4. Weld two DN80 rubber pulleys on the lower part of the protection door using 20 steel pipes. The horizontal distance from the pulley center to the door edge is 200mm;

      5. Use 50*4 angle steel and steel bars to weld the protection door frame. The door frame dimensions are 3000mm X (1200 + height after pulley installation). The upper and lower frames of the door frame are made of angle steel. The upper frame angle steel is 1300mm long, and the lower frame angle steel is 3000mm long. The upper angle steel openings face downward, and the lower angle steel openings face upward. Weld the steel bars on both sides together, and set limits at both ends of the door frame:

      6. Place the welded door into the frame before closing the door frame. Continuously check the door frame dimensions during the welding process to ensure the door can slide freely.

      7. Before installing the protection door, paint it with alternating red and white colors with a spacing of 300mm;

      8. Firmly weld the door frame to the external elevator platform frame using electric welding with a welding point spacing of 200mm:

      9. Welding requirements: All welded parts must be securely welded. The appearance quality of the welds must meet the following specifications: Welds are designed as first-grade welds. There must be no defects such as incomplete welding, root shrinkage, undercut, lack of fusion, etc., and no surface defects such as porosity, slag inclusion, cracks, or arc scratches.
