Pre-treatment process requirements:

1. Product loading: Place the object to be coated onto the fixture to begin work.

2. Electrostatic dust removal: Remove oil and dust brought during injection molding.

3. Preheating: Provide slight heating to the object for better coloring.

4. Primer spraying: Cover the plastic's original color with a base coat according to production requirements.

5. Drying: Achieve a semi-dry state through the IR zone temperature in the tunnel, preparing for the next spraying process.

6. Surface spraying: Spray the required color.

7. Leveling and drying: Level and dry through the tunnel.

8. UV spraying and curing: Use UV 365nm light with the required irradiation dose (800~1200mj) for instant curing, paired with UV coatings.

9. Shipping and inspection packaging. The coating production line process is divided into: pre-treatment, powder coating, and heat curing.

Current main types of spray coating materials:

1. Pure epoxy resin: Good anti-corrosion performance, but slightly poor weather resistance; not recommended for outdoor use.

2. Pure polyester resin: Good weather resistance, but slightly poor adhesion and anti-corrosion performance.

3. Epoxy-polyester hybrid: Suitable for indoor use with good decorative properties.

Most domestic applications use the above three types. Additionally, there are:

4. Polyurethane resin: Good overall performance, slightly higher price, and high hardness.

5. Acrylic resin: Excellent weather resistance, good overall performance, high price, and high gloss.
