Leveraging years of experience in R&D and production of sleeper bolt wrenches, along with strong technical capabilities, we have developed the new and more applicable NLB-600-1P internal combustion double-ended bolt wrench and the NLB-600-1G internal combustion double-ended bolt wrench (specialized for high-speed railways) using new patented technology.

Powered by a single-cylinder, air-cooled, four-stroke Honda GX160 gasoline engine, it delivers strong power and stable performance. The universal double-ended socket self-aligns, allowing independent operation on both sides of the rail. It is easy to operate, portable, flexible for on/off-track movement, provides stable torque, and ensures high operational efficiency.

Main performance features:

1. The machine is compact, aesthetically pleasing, lightweight, and easy to operate. Whether tightening or loosening sleeper nuts, it can work simultaneously on both sides of the rail, ensuring high efficiency;

2. The machine features a fully enclosed oil-lubricated transmission system, offering excellent lubrication, wear resistance, and long service life. With meticulous design and processing, it boasts high strength, rigidity, and low failure rates, making it suitable for harsh outdoor environments;

3. It offers a wide range of output tightening torque, which can be easily adjusted according to operational requirements, ensuring accuracy, stability, and reliability;

4. The nut socket adopts a universal floating connection method, allowing the socket to easily fit over the sleeper bolt nut. During operation, if the socket jams with the sleeper bolt nut, it can be quickly and easily detached from the main unit, enabling rapid removal of the main unit beyond the railway clearance to ensure construction safety;

This type of internal combustion double-ended sleeper bolt wrench is suitable for straight and curved track lines laid with various types of rails in China, providing efficient, stable, and safe construction and maintenance for sleeper fasteners.
