It is essential to regularly measure the wear condition of switch rails and provide maintenance recommendations such as grinding or replacement. There are many types of switch rails, and measuring side wear, vertical wear, and reduction values for different types requires corresponding detection gauges. There is no universal measuring tool, but this product is suitable for measuring side wear, vertical wear, and reduction values of all types of switch rails. Depending on the assembly method, it can be divided into two models: LJ-JGCM-II and LJ-JGCM-III.
