I. Overview

The detection of railway curve versines is a fundamental and routine task in railway line maintenance and inspection. Our company's LJ-XXJ large-range chord line frame mainly consists of a line wheel positioning frame and a terminal positioning frame, making it portable and easy to operate. A single person can complete the measurement of railway rail versines.

III. Usage Method

1. Rotate the hand-tightened screw to move the positioning block to the far end, determining the starting point of the measurement on the rail.

2. At the starting point, place the positioning surface of the line wheel frame on the top surface of the rail. Rotate the hand-tightened screw to clamp the positioning block and positioning plate onto the rail. At the endpoint, fix the positioning frame to the top surface of the rail using the same method.

3. Pull out the chord line from the line wheel in the line wheel frame to the positioning frame. Secure the chord line to the positioning frame, then place the chord line into the chord line grooves of the line wheel frame and positioning frame.

4. Rotate the line wheel to tighten the chord line. Once tightened to an appropriate degree, rotate the positioning screw on the line wheel frame to insert it into the line wheel hole. At this point, the chord line is taut and ready for measurement.

5. After measurement is completed, release the line wheel, loosen the chord line fixed to the positioning frame, and rotate the line wheel to retract the chord line.
