Platform Gauge Limit Rail Top Surface Level Measuring Ruler

The LJ-TC platform measuring ruler is a specialized tool used to measure the distance between the center of the railway track and the side of the platform, as well as the height between the top surface of the rail and the platform level.

Technical Parameters:

1. Horizontal measurement range (distance between the centers of the two rails and the upper surface of the platform):

1350mm—2000mm, accuracy: ±1mm; 

2. Height measurement range (distance between the top of the rail and the upper surface of the platform):

200mm—1350mm, accuracy: ±1mm.

Usage Method:

1. First, open the vertical ruler so that it is in a vertical position, tighten the wing screw, place the insulation plate on the top of the rail, and ensure that the two measuring heads fit closely against the inner side of the rail. Then, open the movable measuring edge of the vertical ruler so that the magnet engages with the adjustment screw. Loosen the sliding block locking screw, pull the horizontal ruler so that the left edge of the fixed measuring edge is flush with the platform edge, and ensure that the movable measuring edge fits against the upper surface of the platform. Slide the vertical ruler sliding block until the level bubble is centered. Tighten the sliding block locking screw.

2. The scale value aligned with the '0' mark on the horizontal ruler vernier is the distance reading from the track center to the platform edge; the scale value aligned with the '0' mark on the vertical ruler vernier is the height reading from the rail top to the platform upper surface.

3. After measurement, fold and retract the movable measuring edge of the platform ruler, loosen the locking screw, and fold the vertical ruler to engage with the magnet.
