JINGHONGJinghongBrief Description1202 PP Special Adhesive is designed for fast and perfect bonding of small areas of PP (polypropylene) and PE (polyethylene) with all plastics, metals, wood, ceramics, stone, silicone, rubber, and other different materials. Its excellent characteristics are also reflected in the high peel strength and impact resistance after the adhesive is fully cured. The product meets the EU environmental ROHS standard and has passed SGS testing.

Operating Instructions

1. Use a dry cloth or sandpaper to remove dust, oil, etc., from the bonding surface to ensure it is clean.

2. Unscrew the 1205 PP treatment agent (the bottle cap comes with a brush), apply it evenly on the PP bonding surface, wait about 10 seconds for the treatment agent to evaporate (bonding must be completed within 60 minutes after treatment); then apply an appropriate amount of H-1202 PP special adhesive (for very small area bonding, a needle or dropper can be attached to control the amount of adhesive), and press together.

3,At room temperature, initial fixation can be achieved in about 10 seconds,usable strength is reached in 30 minutes,and full curing is achieved in 5 hours!
