The water-oil separation device consists of a pre-filter, coalescing separator, control box, base, etc. It is suitable for the treatment of oily wastewater in the shipbuilding, metallurgy, petrochemical, and food industries. The oil content in water after separation is ≤5ppm. The coalescing filter element installed in the water-oil separator is independently developed and designed by our company. Utilizing special ultrafine fiber materials and an ingenious internal structural design, the coalescing filter element breaks the oil-in-water emulsion (i.e., demulsification) and gradually coalesces the separated fine oil droplets into larger oil droplets, which are then conveyed to the next-stage separation filter element. To achieve better oil removal results, a pre-treatment stage is required before the coalescing filter element to remove impurity particles from the water, preventing the particles from acting as cores that hinder demulsification and oil removal, while also extending the service life of the coalescing filter element.
