The LYSF series land-based oil-water separator features a compact structure, simple operation, easy management, high separation efficiency, and low energy consumption. The treated water can be directly discharged or appropriately reused, and the extracted waste oil can be directly recycled. This device integrates enhanced gravity separation, coalescence, and adsorption treatment processes into a single cylindrical steel structure, combined with a pump, oil storage tank, and electrical control box to form a complete treatment system. The treatment process fully utilizes the characteristics of gravity separation and the properties of different separation materials, making it adaptable to various challenging oily wastewater conditions. It is suitable for treating oily wastewater containing various types of oils without surfactants. The device can be applied in industrial plants, docks, oil depots, oil tanker cleaning wastewater, factory maintenance and machining workshops for workpiece cleaning, automotive repair shops, vehicle scrapping companies, shipbuilding and repair yards, compressed air compressor condensate containing oil, power plants, and other scenarios involving oily wastewater without surfactants. The treated oil content is less than 10ppm, complying with relevant regulations, and the discharged water can be reused.
