The JH-RS8040-6X Explosion-Proof Nanofiltration/Reverse Osmosis Membrane Concentration System is a high-efficiency, low-energy consumption, room-temperature physical concentration system meticulously developed and designed by "Jiahe Filtration" through the introduction of nanofiltration membrane technology and reverse osmosis membrane technology (specifically for materials). It is used for the concentration, dehydration, and alcohol removal of methanol extracts, ethanol extracts, and aqueous extracts from traditional Chinese medicine/natural plants, as well as for enriching active components.

With ethanol currently priced at over 8,000 RMB per ton, a 1% loss for 9m³ per day over two shifts/day would save 2*9*1%*8000 = 1,440 RMB;
4) Imported high-fouling-resistant membrane elements with excellent recoverable performance and an average service life of 1.5 years, enabling long-term continuous and stable production;
5) Room-temperature physical concentration and dehydration effectively protect heat-sensitive components, ensuring product quality;
