        In the preparation process of polymer materials, the issues of desalination and purification are extremely important. The image below shows a nano-powder purification and washing system, custom-designed and manufactured by our company for a new materials company in Chengdu, Sichuan, for use in new material research and development.         The company uses our carefully designed TC30 washing and purification system, with a dehydration capacity of 40-60L/h. It can wash and enrich powders with particle sizes ranging from 1nm to 50μm. The washing process primarily uses secondary purified water with a conductivity ≤2μs/cm as the solvent. In later stages, a 75%-95% ethanol solution can also be used for further purification and washing. The washing process is simple to operate, uses a small amount of water, and the final material has few impurities and high purity, meeting the requirements of the customer's process products.
