During the extraction process, hot solvent continuously flows over the herb surface, passing rapidly through the herb layer from top to bottom, dissolving the solutes in the herbs. The high gradient between the solute content in the herbs and the solvent ensures rapid dissolution of solutes until complete extraction, resulting in a high extraction rate of effective components. The concentration process is completed in a sealed system, minimizing losses and achieving high conversion rates, hence the high yield and high content of effective components in the extract.
2: Due to the rapid dissolution of solutes, the extraction time is short, and concentration occurs simultaneously with extraction. Thus, the process from herbs to concentrated extract takes only 7~8 hours, with high equipment utilization.
