NX Concentrate and Dilute Ingredient Tank

1: This series of equipment features heating, cooling, heat preservation, and mixing functions. The container is designed and manufactured in accordance with the "Technical Conditions for Steel Pressure Vessels."

2: Available in various volumes from 0.05m³ to 5.0m³, and can also be designed and processed according to the user's specific process requirements.

3: Adopts a sandwich structure, offering advantages such as a large heating area and fewer welds.

4: The shaft seal uses sanitary-grade hard alloy and silicon carbide 204 balanced mechanical seals, which are wear-resistant and pressure-resistant. The reducer speed is 60-82 rpm. A frequency converter can also be used for speed adjustment.

5: Interfaces adopt the internationally universal ISO standard quick-clamp type, made of imported 316L or 304 stainless steel. The inner surface is mirror-polished to Ra ≤ 0.28μm, and the outer surface is treated with a matte or mirror polish.

6: Level gauges available include glass tube level gauges, hydrostatic sensor level gauges, and ultrasonic level gauges.

7: The structural form is either an upper and lower elliptical head or a lower reverse convex bottom with an upper elliptical head structure, ensuring no residual liquid.

8: The jacket structure is available in three types: standard jacket, external coil jacket, and honeycomb jacket. This structure combines upper and lower elliptical heads with a standard sandwich jacket, offering a large jacket space, extensive heating area, reduced welds, and a smooth inner tank to prevent material adhesion. It also features an attractive appearance and a simple, durable design. The drawback is its greater height. Alternatively, replacing the reducer with a worm gear horizontal reducer can reduce the height by approximately 250-330mm.
