SNH(SN) Series Triple-Effect Evaporator Automatic Drainage Control

The self-controlled triple-effect concentrator is a newly developed intelligent product by Renze Company. It features intelligent remote digital display, automatic control of temperature, liquid level, steam pressure, vacuum level, material density (concentration), automatic feeding, and膏 collection. All controls are managed by the PIC control board, and all technical parameters are displayed on the computer screen. The programmable fully automatic operation process eliminates issues caused by human operational errors, such as material loss due to excessive vacuum and material levels, violent boiling, and coking caused by excessively high steam temperatures, which affect product quality. This equipment resolves all these concerns, eliminating worries about production safety while also ensuring safe production, product quality, and reduced energy consumption. It significantly enhances production capacity and is an essential step toward modernization.
