Distilled water storage tank

1: The container insulation material is made of high-temperature resistant, anti-aging polyurethane foam or pearl cotton.

2: The interface adopts the international standard ISO quick-install chuck type. The inner tank is made of imported stainless steel SUS316L or SUS304, with the inner surface mirror-polished to Ra ≤ 0.28 μm, and the outer surface finished with satin, mirror, sandblasting, or cold-rolled original satin finish, complying with GMP pharmaceutical standards.

3: The nozzle is equipped with a liquid level gauge port (static pressure type, capacitive type, non-contact type, ultrasonic type, or glass tube type), an air breather, a thermometer (digital display or dial type), a CIP cleaning port, a SIP sterilization port, inlet and outlet ports, and a sanitary manhole, among others.

4: Available volumes range from 1000L to 30000L, and custom design and manufacturing can be provided according to the actual needs of customers.

5: Relevant cGMP validation documents (including material reports, purchased component certificates, validation forms, etc.) are provided with the product.
