JC Series Alcohol Precipitation Tank

Primarily used for the operation of freezing or room-temperature alcohol precipitation of concentrated solutions from traditional Chinese medicine decoctions, it can also be employed for water precipitation of concentrated solutions after alcohol extraction of traditional Chinese medicine. This equipment is assembled with an elliptical head equipped with a jacket, a cylindrical body with a conical bottom, internal three-blade stirring, and a special fine-tuning liquid extraction pipe, among other components. The decoction and concentration of traditional Chinese medicine involve adding alcohol to prepare a liquid of a certain alcohol concentration, followed by room-temperature or low-temperature freezing sedimentation for liquid-solid separation to enhance the purity and clarity of the traditional Chinese medicine extract. The entire equipment is made of stainless steel, equipped with a high-pressure water automatic spray cleaning system. Low-temperature cooling water can be circulated in the jacket, and mechanical seals and explosion-proof motors are used in the transmission parts to ensure the production process complies with pharmaceutical standards. The surface of the equipment is treated with a mirror or matte finish.
