Fully Automatic Macroporous Resin Adsorption Unit

Macroporous resin adsorption separation technology is a novel purification process that utilizes specific adsorbents to selectively adsorb the effective components from traditional Chinese medicine compound decoctions while removing ineffective constituents. It addresses practical issues in TCM production such as large dosage, product moisture absorption, and heavy metal residues. The refined products obtained through macroroporous resin adsorption technology achieve high enrichment of active ingredients with minimal impurities, yielding only 2–5% of the raw medicinal materials, compared to approximately 30% for conventional water decoction and about 15% for alcohol precipitation methods.
