Scraper film evaporator

This equipment adopts a centrifugal sliding groove rotor, which is the latest structural evaporator from abroad. It can form a thin film even under very low flow rates. The deposits in the processing liquid adhering to the inner wall surface of the cylinder evaporation section can be quickly removed by the movable scraper. Compared to fixed-gap scraper evaporators, the evaporation capacity can be increased by 40-69%. It possesses the following performance characteristics:
       1. High heat transfer coefficient, large evaporation capacity, evaporation intensity can reach 200kg/m²·hr, and high thermal efficiency.
       2. Short material heating time, approximately between 5 to 10 seconds, and operates under vacuum conditions, which is more beneficial for heat-sensitive materials, ensuring that various components do not undergo any decomposition and product quality is maintained.
       3. Wide adaptability to viscosity changes, capable of handling both high and low viscosity materials, with material viscosity up to 100,000 centipoise (CP).
       4. By changing the rotation direction of the scraper groove, the processing time of materials in the evaporator can be adjusted.
       5. The inner wall of the evaporation section cylinder is precision-bored and polished, making it less prone to coking and scaling.
       6. Easy to operate, product indicators are easily adjustable, and continuous production can be automatically controlled under sealed conditions.
       7. The equipment occupies a small area, has a simple structure, is easy to maintain, and simple to clean.
