I. The double barrel return oil filter element 0660R010ON can be installed in pressure pipelines of different pressure levels to further remove or block impurities caused by external contamination, wear during component operation, and chemical reactions of the medium itself. It is particularly suitable for automatic control systems and servo systems. It prevents high-precision control components and actuators from premature wear or jamming due to contamination, thereby reducing failures and extending the service life of components. The filter RFDBN/HC660DAN10D1./-L24 element uses imported glass fiber filter material, featuring high filtration accuracy, strong oil flow capacity, low initial pressure loss, and high dirt holding capacity.

II. The double barrel return oil filter element 0660R010ON is installed in the pressure pipelines of hydraulic systems to filter out mechanical impurities mixed into the hydraulic oil and gums, asphaltenes, carbon residues, etc., produced by chemical changes in the hydraulic oil itself. This prevents valve jamming, clogging of throttle orifices and damping holes, and rapid wear of hydraulic components.

III. It offers excellent filtration effect and high accuracy, but cleaning after clogging is difficult, requiring replacement of the filter element.

IV. Equipped with a differential pressure signaling device, when the filter element is contaminated and clogged to the point where the inlet and outlet oil pressure difference reaches 0.35 MPa, a switch signal is sent. At this point, replace the filter element to protect the system's safety.

V. Using new chemical fiber filter material, it features high filtration accuracy, strong oil flow capacity, low initial pressure loss, and high dirt holding capacity. Its filtration accuracy is calibrated by filtration ratio β3, 5, 10, 20 > 100, with filtration efficiency n ≥ 99%, complying with ISO standards.
