5x Pressure Ratio High-Flow Air Booster

Jiali 5x Air Booster Pump is a single-head, double-acting booster pump that doubles the flow rate compared to the original model. It features an air pressure ratio of 5:1, with an output pressure of up to 4 MPa and an output flow rate of 820 L/min. Technical features: It utilizes a portion of the pressurized air as the driving force, while the remaining gas is pressurized and output, eliminating the need for additional air sources or electrical power. The Jiali Air Booster Pump consists of three main components: a large-area pneumatic piston, a small-area gas plunger, and a directional control valve. The pneumatic piston and gas plunger are connected via a transmission rod and perform automatic reciprocating motion controlled by the directional valve. By leveraging the large piston and small plunger, the pressure of the driving gas acting on the piston is transferred to the plunger, thereby increasing the outlet gas pressure. Jiali's sealing technology allows the booster pump to operate without requiring any lubrication. The area ratio between the piston and plunger determines the booster ratio of the Jiali Air Booster Pump. This ratio, along with the driving air pressure, defines the pump's outlet pressure. When the outlet pressure reaches the set value, the pump automatically stops and maintains the pressure without consuming additional air or generating excess heat. If the outlet pressure drops, the booster pump automatically resumes operation until the pressure is restored. The Jiali Booster Pump offers automatic pressure maintenance and automatic pressure replenishment functions.
