Product Introduction:

The IQS990 100MPa fully automatic gas piston pressure gauge consists of an air compressor, an intelligent high-pressure gas source, a dedicated pressure controller, and a fully automatic oil-medium gas piston pressure gauge. The intelligent high-pressure gas source is composed of a high-pressure pump controller, an automatic pressure regulating valve, and a high-pressure pump (two-stage pressurization). During normal operation, the fully automatic piston pressure gauge controls the intelligent high-pressure gas source, sending pressure setpoints according to the inspection points to maintain the gas source pressure near the set value. The fully automatic piston pressure gauge controls the pressure controller for fine positive and negative adjustments (adjustment range ±10%) to keep the piston in a suspended state.
