Color steel rock wool acoustic panels are made from 0.4-0.8mm color-coated steel, galvanized steel, or stainless steel sheets with micro-perforations. The micro-perforations typically have a diameter of 2.5mm, with a center-to-center distance of 5mm arranged at a 60-degree angle, achieving a perforation rate of 23%. Since the panel surface is perforated color steel and the core material consists of 100-120kg/m³ rock wool or 60kg/m³ glass wool composite, it effectively blocks air movement, impedes sound waves, increases the sound absorption coefficient, and enhances the panel's strength.

Product Performance: By combining regular perforations on the metal steel sheet with sound-absorbing materials inside the panel, different sound absorption effects are achieved. Experiments show that this noise reduction effect, depending on the frequency of external noise and the thickness of the core material, results in a noise reduction of no less than 29 decibels. Core materials for sound absorption include rock wool and glass wool. By changing the type and density of the insulation core material, impact noise on the metal surface is reduced, and general core materials like soundproofing cotton are used to suppress resonance noise.
