Silica Rock Color Steel Purification Panel

Purification panels are classified into machine-made panels and hand-made panels based on the production process.

Machine-made panels: Panel thickness 0.3~0.6mm, core material thickness: 50, 75, 100mm

Effective width: 950, 1150mm

Hand-made panels: Panel thickness 0.4~0.6mm, core material thickness 50, 75, 100mm, standard effective width for Chinese character "中" type 980, 1180mm, non-standard ≤1180mm.

Purification panel surfaces can be selected from: color-coated steel plates, stainless steel, anti-static color-coated plates, fluorocarbon color-coated plates, spray-coated aluminum plates

Silica rock color steel purification panel:

The panel and the other panel can be made of color steel plates or stainless steel plates. Silica rock panels are a new type of molecular material that not only meets thermal insulation and energy-saving requirements but also prevents fire outbreaks. Its composite microstructure successfully achieves a comprehensive balance of performance indicators such as fire resistance, thermal insulation, strength, density, and water absorption for insulation materials.

Silica rock core material possesses fire resistance and thermal insulation properties, high strength, strong load-bearing capacity, lightweight panels (80kg/m³), and mature construction methods (equivalent to panel construction methods).

Sandwich panels made with silica rock core material can meet strict requirements for fire resistance (cold insulation) in various environments and demonstrate characteristics such as lightweight, durability, sound insulation, dust-free, moisture-proof, and smoke-free properties.
