Purification Panel

Purification panels, also known as clean panels, are composite sandwich panels made from materials such as color-coated steel plates and stainless steel as the surface layer. Due to their dust-proof, anti-static, and antibacterial effects, they are widely used in purification engineering fields with strict indoor environment requirements, such as electronics, pharmaceuticals, food, biology, coating, instrument manufacturing, and scientific research.

Purification panels are categorized into machine-made panels and hand-made panels based on the production process.

Machine-made panels: Panel thickness 0.3~0.6mm, core material thickness: 50, 75, 100mm

Effective width: 950, 1150mm

Hand-made panels: Panel thickness 0.4~0.6mm, core material thickness 50, 75, 100mm, standard effective width for Chinese character type: 980, 1180mm, non-standard ≤1180mm.

Purification panel surface materials can include: color-coated steel plates, stainless steel, anti-static color-coated plates, fluorocarbon color-coated plates, spray-coated aluminum plates.

Purification panel core materials can include: foam (EPS) polystyrene, rock wool, polyurethane, glass magnesium board, silicon rock board, non-aging foam, paper (aluminum) honeycomb, perlite fire grid board, and various other core materials.
