Upper/lower surface: color-coated plate/galvanized plate/stainless steel plate with a thickness of 0.4~1.0mm; 2. Core material: rock wool with a density of 120kg/m³; 3. Side steel strips: galvanized plate with a thickness of 0.5~0.8mm punched with thermal break holes; 【Product Features】: 1. Smooth surface and superior appearance quality; 2. Easy installation, high efficiency, and lower production cost compared to other methods; 3. Rock wool core material is made from natural rocks and blast furnace iron slag, which are melted at high temperatures into fibers and then solidified. It has good sound absorption and sound insulation properties, as well as excellent fire resistance, with a fire rating of Class A; 4. Tight joints, heat is not easily conducted; when the furnace temperature is 180°C, the outer plate temperature remains below ambient temperature +5°C.
