Q235 galvanized C-channel steel

Q235 galvanized C-channel steel refers to the galvanization of the surface of C-channel steel. Steel is prone to rusting and even deterioration when exposed to air, water, or soil. In contrast, galvanized C-channel steel can be used in highly corrosive environments such as strong acids, alkalis, and mist. Made from high-strength steel plates through cold bending and pressing, galvanized C-channel steel features uniform wall thickness, excellent cross-sectional performance, and high strength. Compared to traditional hot-rolled steel, it can save up to 30% of material while achieving the same strength, making it a new type of steel.

Galvanized C-channel steel offers adjustable specifications and dimensions, along with high compressive strength. Although the cross-sectional dimensions of cold-formed steel are lightweight, they align with the stress characteristics of roof purlins, allowing the mechanical efficiency of the steel to be fully utilized. Various accessories can be connected in different combinations, resulting in an aesthetically pleasing appearance. The use of steel purlins can reduce the weight of building roofs and decrease the amount of steel required for projects, earning it the title of "economic steel." It serves as a new building material that replaces traditional purlins such as angle steel, channel steel, and steel pipes.

Applications of galvanized C-channel steel include construction, automotive manufacturing, solar power generation, mechanical manufacturing, transmission towers, ship bridges, highway and railway construction, computer room equipment, containers, and mining supports.
