I. Product Introduction
The Ammonia Slip Online Monitoring System (Model TR-9300N) is proudly produced by Xi'an Juneng Instrument Co., Ltd. It is developed to prevent financial waste and environmental pollution caused by escaped ammonia. Ammonia slip will corrode the catalyst module, leading to catalyst deactivation (i.e., failure) and blockage, significantly shortening the catalyst's lifespan. Escaped ammonia can react with SO₃ in the air to form ammonium sulfate salts (which are corrosive and adhesive), causing blockage and corrosion of the air preheater's heat storage elements located downstream of the denitrification system. II. System Advantages
Due to harsh working conditions, the sample gas contains a large amount of dust and saturated water vapor. We use the advanced TR-9300N laser gas analyzer (based on TDLAS technology) to analyze trace amounts of NH₃. The system (including the measurement cell) employs full-process heating to maintain the sample gas temperature, preventing water condensation and the significant dissolution of NH₃, which could affect the analysis results. The probe uses an electrically heated filtering probe to purify the sample immediately upon extraction, reducing the load on subsequent pretreatment stages and significantly lowering the failure rate of components. The system is designed with an automatic probe blowback program and an automatic instrument zero-calibration program, requiring only routine inspection during normal operation. The transmission pipeline uses custom high-temperature composite electric heat-traced tubing rated above 230°C and is controlled within 2 meters (to minimize NH₃ adsorption). The entire pretreatment process is integrated into a high-temperature heating box, making the system compact to avoid NH₃ adsorption in long-distance transmission lines.
