System Principle and Function:
The TR-9100 gas analysis system is an online detection instrument designed by Xi'an Juneng Instrument Co., Ltd. for continuous monitoring of gas analysis in the cement process. Depending on the environment, different measurement parameters can be selected. The system accurately measures the content and concentration of sample gases and, via communication interfaces, can be controlled by computer or transmitted to the DCS central control system through standard analog signals, facilitating convenient monitoring for users.
The TR-9100 gas analysis system consists of a gas analyzer, pretreatment unit, sampling probe, etc., completing online measurements to ensure continuous and uninterrupted data monitoring. The core of the analyzer uses imported electrochemical sensors and infrared physical principle sensors to achieve continuous online monitoring. The sample gas is filtered of dust through the sampling probe process. The sampling probe has a reverse blow gas inlet to extend the maintenance cycle. The sampling tube uses Teflon tubing with electric heating control to prevent component loss and condensation during sample gas transmission.
