TR-9200 Converter Gas Online Analysis System
Detection Points: Converter gas recovery, analysis of inlet and outlet main pipes of gas holder
Detection Components and Range: CO: 0-100%; O2: 0-5% (adjustable range)
Analysis Purpose: Provide data guidance for safe production of converter gas recovery to achieve energy saving, emission reduction, and efficiency improvement.
Interlock Control: The system automatically samples, purges, drains, and analyzes output (4-20mA signal output), interlocked with the gas recovery/discharge system through the converter main control room.
