This complete process gas analysis system (hereinafter referred to as the system) is used for online monitoring of gas calorific value at various measurement points, including the analysis of CO, H₂, O₂, CH₄, analytical instruments, pretreatment devices, and their auxiliary application support components (standard gas). Through systematic design tailored to on-site application conditions and process gas sample conditions, the correct matching and reasonable combination enable CO, H₂, O₂, and CH₄ analytical instruments to adapt well to the special process conditions at various measurement points in gasifier projects for gas calorific value analysis. The system can automatically, continuously, accurately, and reliably analyze the content of CO, H₂, O₂, and CH₄ at each measurement point. During normal operation, the system can simultaneously provide 4–20mA standard output signals for CO, H₂, O₂, and CH₄, and output over-limit alarm status signals based on the measured component content values. The analytical instruments in this system are equipped with original imported sensors. This system mainly consists of a sampling unit, gas source purification unit, gas transmission unit, pretreatment unit, analysis unit, control unit, and calibration unit. System Composition:
Pretreatment Unit: Consists of special liquid filters (scrubber, mist filter, desulfurizer, etc.) to complete intermediate purification of components such as tar and naphthalene; composed of condensers, peristaltic drain pumps, desulfurizers, fine filters, etc., to complete fine purification; composed of specially made corrosion-resistant suction pumps, flow controllers, etc., to handle gas sampling and stabilize pressure and flow. This ensures step-by-step purification, dust removal, dehumidification, pressure stabilization, and flow stabilization of gas samples, with a filtration accuracy of up to 0.1μm.
The qualified sample gas is delivered to the analytical instrument, ensuring the accuracy and long-term reliability of the analytical instrument. Analysis Control Interlock Unit: The magnetic oxygen analyzer performs online continuous analysis of oxygen content in the sample gas, continuously outputting 4–20mA signals. The oxygen analyzer is equipped with alarm output contacts, allowing alarm and interlock values to be set within the range.
