The flue gas continuous online monitoring system utilizes extraction condensation sampling, backscattering dust concentration measurement, Pitot tube flue gas velocity measurement, and computer network communication technology to achieve online continuous monitoring of pollutant emission concentration and total emission from fixed pollution sources. Flue Gas Continuous Online Monitoring System (CEMS) is a fully functional, top-level online monitoring system for fixed pollution sources. It mainly consists of the following subsystems:
1. Solid particulate matter continuous monitoring subsystem, using laser backscattering single-point monitoring.
2. Gaseous pollutant continuous monitoring subsystem multi-component gas analyzer (SO2, NOX, CO, CO2, HCL, HF, NH3)
3. Flue gas parameters continuous monitoring subsystem, including oxygen content, flow rate, pressure, temperature, humidity, etc.
4. Data processing and remote communication system
II. Technical Description
◢ Extraction condensation method CEMS can measure SO2, NOx, O2, temperature, pressure, flow rate, dust, humidity;
◢ SO2 and NOx are measured using ultraviolet differential absorption spectroscopy (DOAS) analysis technology or infrared NDIR analysis technology;
◢ O2 is measured using an electrochemical oxygen cell;
◢ Humidity is measured using the high-temperature capacitance method;
◢ Temperature, pressure, and flow rate are measured using thermistor (PT100), pressure sensor, and Pitot tube micro-differential pressure method, respectively;
◢ Dust is measured using the laser backscattering method;
◢ Ultraviolet differential absorption spectroscopy (DOAS) analysis technology can analyze gases such as NH3, Cl2, H2S, O3, in addition to SO2 and NOx;
◢ Compared with the extraction hot and wet method CEMS, this system has the advantages of simple structure, high reliability, fast response speed, and convenient maintenance;
◢ Compared with the in-situ method, the analyzer has the advantages of supporting online calibration, small measurement value fluctuations, high reliability, and simple equipment maintenance;
◢ The analyzer has a compact structure, making it easy to transport and install.
◢ System operating data collection rate ≥90%, the detection data provided by the system has an availability rate ≥90%, and has the function of reviewing historical data.
◢ Output units: For the various parameters of the detected flue gas, the system displays them on the local analyzer panel and outputs them as 4~20mA standard analog signals. The concentration unit of gaseous pollutants is mg/Nm3, the flow rate signal measured by the flow meter should be converted to volume flow rate Nm3/s for output, and the temperature unit is ℃.
◢ The system can truly achieve unattended operation, with self-diagnostic functions and alarm functions for major component failures, including: measurement element/detection probe failure, out-of-range, insufficient sampling flow, low backflush pressure, low sampling head temperature, low sampling line temperature, pretreatment system failure, analyzer failure, etc.

V. Main Functions
Monitoring Items: Dust (particulate matter) concentration, SO2 concentration (standard, wet basis, dry basis, and converted), flue gas velocity, flue gas temperature, flue gas humidity, flue gas oxygen content, and other related parameters, as well as emission rate and total emission statistics.
Display Function: Full Chinese graphical interface, displaying parameter lists, real-time curves, historical curves, historical data, alarm screens, reports, etc.
Printing Function: Timed printing and manual printing (including screens, curves, parameters, and reports).
Alarm Function: Over-limit alarm, incident alarm.
Historical Data: Comprehensive historical data storage and display function, with a minimum storage interval of 1 second and storage capacity of several years.
Data Transmission: System data can be shared with other computers via LAN or transmitted remotely via GPRS.
