Application Scope:

Industrial boilers, central air conditioning, heat exchangers, hotels and restaurants, food industry, chemical industry, laundry and dyeing, medical and health sectors, etc.

Working Procedure:

1. Water supply: Untreated water passes through the resin layer, where exchange reactions occur to produce soft water.

2. Backwash: Water enters from the bottom of the resin layer to loosen the resin and remove fine debris.

3. Brine drawing regeneration: A high-concentration brine solution flows through the resin to restore depleted resin to usable sodium-form resin.

4. Rinse: Water follows the same flow path as during supply to rinse away excess brine and calcium/magnesium ions displaced during regeneration.

5. Brine refill: Water is added to the salt tank to dissolve salt granules for the next regeneration cycle.
