The polycarboxylate superplasticizer synthesized with this product exhibits higher water reduction rate, improved slump retention, excellent early strength, as well as low alkalinity, low foaming, and low energy consumption. The high degree of unsaturation of this product ensures a higher effective content in the synthesized superplasticizer, providing the most favorable guarantee for high water reduction and excellent slump retention.

This product primarily enhances the strength of mortar. It is defined as having water-reducing and strengthening effects without affecting the workability of concrete during construction. After adding the superplasticizer, an adsorption film forms on the surface of cement particles, influencing the hydration rate of cement. This results in more complete growth of cement stone crystals, reduces capillary voids for water evaporation, creates a denser network structure, and improves the hardness and structural density of cement mortar. It disperses cement particles, improves workability, reduces water consumption, thereby increasing the density and hardness of cement and other materials, and enhances fluidity. Without altering the proportions of various raw materials, the superplasticizer synthesized with this product can significantly improve the fluidity and plasticity of concrete, enabling construction methods such as self-leveling, pumping, and vibration-free placement. This increases construction speed and reduces energy consumption during construction.

This product is packaged in 25kg laminated plastic bags and should be stored in a cool, ventilated place.
