Invoice and Packing List Requirements:

Shipments must provide complete cargo information, including product name, material, purpose, model, HS code, declared value, brand, etc. If discrepancies in client declarations cause any issues, the responsibility lies with the consignor.

Packaging Requirements:

1. Cartons must be sturdy, with each side large enough to affix two labels. Irregular packaging and soft or easily damaged boxes are not accepted. Loss or damage due to packaging issues will be the responsibility of the sender.

2. For FBA shipments, each outer carton must have at least two FBA barcode labels (with clear, legible barcodes that are moisture-resistant and wear-resistant). Labels must be placed on the largest surface of the box to ensure our company can affix the delivery label. If FBA labels cannot be recognized, resulting in Amazon’s inability to properly shelve the goods, the consequences will be borne by the sender.
