The radial load fatigue testing machine operates by using a power mechanism to drive the central large drum, thereby causing the test wheel to rotate passively. The overall performance of the wheel is tested by applying a constant radial force. Speed options currently include 80 kilometers per hour, 120 kilometers per hour, and 160 kilometers per hour. Higher speeds require greater kinetic energy; please provide parameters appropriately based on your actual needs.

For electric vehicles and motorcycles, the opposing force requirements can generally be maintained within 10KN. However, for passenger car wheels, this can range from 30KN to 50KN or even 100KN. For luxury buses or heavy-duty vehicles, the requirements for overall loading force and speed are even higher. This places significant demands on the maturity of the product and design team, as well as the accumulation of experience for a well-developed product. There are countless products available, but creating a good one requires dedication and effort.

The detection or judgment of radial load fatigue testing is mainly achieved through internal flaw detection tests conducted on the wheel after the experiment. The most common issues that arise are cracks. In the current market, it is unlikely for a running wheel to fracture directly. Even in the event of a tire blowout during operation, the wheel hub will maintain its structural integrity perfectly.
