Wheel radial impact testing machine

The wheel radial impact testing machine is designed to test the overall impact resistance strength of wheels and hub motors. It can meet the production and quality R&D needs of electric vehicle wheels, electric vehicle hub motors, motorcycle wheels, as well as complete electric vehicle and motorcycle manufacturers.

Main functional description: The lifting device raises the hammer, and the release of the hammer completes the impact test on the wheel and hub motor. Depending on the wheel, appropriate weight and height must be selected. After impact, the size of the wheel dent must be inspected. The quality of the wheel is evaluated based on the size of the dent.

If the wheel cracks or breaks directly during the impact process, it is considered defective. Dents larger than the required specifications are also unacceptable. Judgment standards are based on industry standards.

We offer two types of impact testing machines for electric vehicles and motorcycles.

One is the wheel radial impact testing machine SD-CCJ-150, which primarily meets the needs of electric vehicle manufacturers and related hub supporting enterprises. It features reliability, stability, and ease of operation.

The other is the wheel radial impact testing machine SD-CCJ-500, which is mainly targeted at the needs of high-load motorcycles, motorcycle hub supporting enterprises, and electric motorcycle companies.

The differences between them lie in the magnitude of impact energy, as well as the height and diameter of the impacted wheel.

Currently, there is market demand for 30-degree impact tests. We will provide necessary tooling and configurations to meet customers' needs for various impact testing requirements.
