The high-temperature autoclave coking reaction unit is a reactor designed for carbonization reactions, with a maximum temperature of 550°C and a design pressure of 2 MPa. The reaction material is slurry oil, which undergoes high-temperature carbonization to form needle coke green coke. It is necessary to control the flow rate of the gas stream and ensure gas flow to provide a certain orientation during carbonization. This product integrates electrical circuit modules, gas circuit modules, and refrigeration modules to control the reactor.

Electrical Circuit Module: A 7-inch touch screen display serves as the upper computer to coordinate and control the overall operation of the equipment, integrating heating, temperature control, pressure alarm, gas flow, and refrigeration control.

Gas Circuit Module: Constant pressure control inside the reactor is achieved through pressure sensors and solenoid valves, enabling automatic gas charging and discharging.

Refrigeration Module: Temperature monitoring at the condensation tank, with an integrated internal refrigeration unit, facilitates the collection of liquid-phase products.

Trace Heating Module: Trace heating design at the liquid-phase product outlet ensures efficient collection.
