Working Principle

Under the reciprocating motion of the plunger, the material is delivered to an adjustable valve assembly where it undergoes intense compression. As it passes through the restricted slit, it impacts the homogenizing valve at extremely high speed, generating cavitation, impact, and shear effects, resulting in uniform dispersion of aggregated materials.
