This device is ingeniously installed inside the fluidizer at the bottom of the injection tank or the fluidizer at the bottom of the pulverized coal bin. Under the action of the fluidized plate, the gas and pulverized coal on the bed are fully and uniformly mixed, forming a fluidized solid-gas package, greatly facilitating long-distance transportation.
The fluidized plate is made of advanced high-tech, high-performance sintered stainless steel wire mesh, featuring significant high-temperature resistance and corrosion resistance. It boasts high mechanical strength, great rigidity, long service life, high pore precision, uniform airflow distribution, and minimal resistance loss, all of which are its unique and superior characteristics.

This device offers excellent fluidization effects and stable performance, making it a key component in dense-phase transportation. It not only facilitates the adjustment of material transportation volume but also effectively saves on transportation gas, further reducing costs. The fluidized plate design is flexible and diverse, available in various forms such as fixed welded types or movable types (secured by bolts).

                                    
In particular, the fluidized plate uses a 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel plate approximately 3mm thick, with its circular surface covered in elongated slits arranged in a cross pattern. These slits are perpendicular to the central cross line, with a gap of only 0.5mm, a length of about 20mm, and a spacing of 10mm. The 1×45° chamfer design at the lower edge of the slits allows compressed air to concentrate at the center of the fluidized injection device, thereby enhancing the suspension and fluidization effect of the pulverized coal. This ensures the stability of the pulverized coal during the injection process, significantly improving the operational effectiveness of the fluidized injection device.

Through the stirring action of the fluidized nozzle, it effectively improves the transportation performance of the powder in the injection tank and optimizes its fluidization effect.
