The lower edge of the slits is chamfered at 1×45°, a design that cleverly concentrates compressed air in the center of the fluidization blowing device, thereby enhancing the suspension and fluidization effect of pulverized coal. This design not only makes the pulverized coal flow more easily on the fluidization blowing device but also ensures the stability of coal powder blowing, greatly improving the operational efficiency of the fluidization blowing device.

      In terms of performance parameters, the applicable media for this equipment are pulverized coal and air or pulverized coal and nitrogen mixtures; the operating temperature range is between 0 and 100 degrees Celsius; the design pressure ranges from 0.6 to 1.6 MPa. Depending on the pulverized coal conveying process, the equipment is available in two forms: top discharge and bottom discharge.
       Among them, the SLH type top discharge fluidization device is specifically designed for top discharge of coal injection tanks, offering both integrated and separate bed options. The XLH type bottom discharge fluidization device is suitable for the lower part of coal powder bins, with multiple specifications for coal inlet and outlet to meet different needs.
