Core Functions
Filter oversized particles (>1mm), woven fibers, wood chips, and other debris in the pulverized coal to avoid clogging distributor branch pipes and spray guns.

Reduce conveying resistance to ensure uniform flow of pulverized coal within the pipeline.
Structural Features
Double-cone butt weld structure: The shell interior adopts an inclined angle design to form a stable airflow channel, reducing pulverized coal passage resistance and wear.
Removable filter plate: Equipped with a wear-resistant manganese steel filter plate (quickly replaceable) in the middle, with a filtration area ≥4 times the cross-sectional area of the inlet main pipe.
Material: Carbon steel shell + inner wear-resistant lining plate (ceramic or tungsten carbide coating), flange connection type.
