Jinglan Environmental Protection is a manufacturer of fluidized discs (fluidized plates).
It uses approximately 3mm thick 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel plates, with elongated slits arranged on the circular surface in a cross-shaped layout. These slits are perpendicular to the centerline, with a gap of only 0.5mm, a length of about 20mm, and a spacing of 10mm. The lower edge of the slits is chamfered at 1×45°. This design not only helps concentrate the compressed air at the center of the fluidized blowing device but also enhances the suspension and fluidization effect of the pulverized coal, making it easier for the coal powder to flow on the fluidized blowing device. This ensures the stability of the blowing process and significantly improves the working efficiency of the fluidized blowing device.
The fluidized disc (fluidized plate) is a new technological product that can serve as an important component of powder blowing and conveying systems. Through the stirring action of the fluidized nozzle, it improves the conveying performance of the powder inside the blowing tank and further optimizes the fluidization effect of the powder. This device is suitable for both newly built blowing systems and the modification of existing blowing systems.
Additionally, the fluidized plates we use are made from multi-layer metal woven wire mesh as raw material, prepared through special lamination design, composite pressing, and sintering processes under vacuum or protective atmosphere. This material not only retains the advantages of simple pore structure in metal woven wire mesh but also features uniform pore size. Compared to traditional metal woven wire mesh, it overcomes shortcomings such as low strength, poor integrity, and unstable pore shape. At the same time, it offers flexible design in pore size, permeability, and mechanical strength, making its overall performance more superior.
The fluidized disc (fluidized plate) is widely used in purification and filtration, separation and recovery of solid particles, divergent cooling in extreme high-temperature environments, airflow distribution control, air flotation transmission, gas sampling, enhanced mass and heat transfer, and flame retardancy and explosion prevention. Its product features include fixed pore shape, uniform pore size, no blind holes, high flow capacity, good permeability, low resistance, smooth and simple channels, easy backwashing and regeneration, long service life, high strength, and good integrity. It can operate stably under high differential pressure, with a wide range of material selections, and offers high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and good thermal shock performance.
