Fluidized plate (or tray)
Other Products
Shandong Jinglan fluidization discs (plates) are fluidization devices that use porous structures or breathable materials to evenly distribute gas, promoting the fluidization of solid particles (such as pulverized coal, ash, etc.), thereby optimizing material conveying, mixing, or reaction efficiency. Their main functions include:
Promoting material flow: Preventing powder accumulation, bridging, or rat-holing, ensuring continuous and uniform conveying;
Enhancing process efficiency: Improving gas-solid contact, heat transfer, mass transfer, and reaction effects;
Protecting equipment: Reducing wear on pipelines from high-speed airflow, lowering energy consumption and maintenance costs.
Main Types of Fluidization Discs (Plates)
1. By Structure
Circular fluidization discs: Suitable for vertical tanks, commonly used in blast furnace pulverized coal injection systems, such as stainless steel sintered mesh fluidization discs;
Rectangular/funnel-shaped fluidization discs: Used in silo pumps or dust removal systems, such as canvas fluidization discs, achieving uniform airflow distribution through breathable holes;
Miniature fluidization discs: Designed for space-constrained areas, such as curved hoppers or pipeline corners, often made of silicone rubber or high-temperature metal.
2. By Material
Metal sintered mesh fluidization plates: High-temperature resistant (up to 450°C), corrosion-resistant, suitable for high-intensity scenarios like steel plants and chemical industries;
Canvas/breathable layer fluidization plates: Used in power plant silo pumps, low cost and easy to replace, but with poor temperature resistance;
PE/silicone microporous plates: Food-grade or FDA-certified materials, suitable for clean environments like powder coating and pharmaceuticals.
3. By Function
Fixed fluidization plates: Welded or bolted in place, providing stable airflow distribution, suitable for continuous operation;
Vibration-assisted fluidization plates: Combined with mechanical vibration, reducing airflow requirements, ideal for handling viscous materials or fine powders.
Technical Parameters and Design Features
Pore precision: Metal sintered mesh fluidization plates have uniform pores (0.5mm gaps) with low airflow resistance;
Pressure resistance: Operating pressure typically ranges from 1.0 to 2.5 MPa, with shell materials such as Q345R or 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel;
Special designs: Such as cross-shaped gap layouts and 45° chamfered edges, enhancing central fluidization effects.
Typical Application Scenarios
Blast furnace pulverized coal injection systems: Stainless steel fluidization discs ensure uniform coal powder injection, improving combustion efficiency;
Power plant silo pump dust removal: Canvas fluidization plates promote dry ash flow, reducing pipeline blockages;
Chemical/pharmaceutical industries: PE microporous plates are used for powder fluidization drying, meeting hygiene standards.
