The coal lance (also known as coal injection lance) produced by Jinglan Environmental Protection is the core execution component of the blast furnace pulverized coal injection system. It achieves efficient combustion by atomizing pulverized coal and mixing it with high-temperature hot air. Structural types:
Straight type: Universal design, suitable for most blast furnace layouts;

Before insertion, check that the lance tip atomizing disc is unobstructed; after removal, clean residual pulverized coal to prevent coking;
Regularly inspect the lance body for bending (tolerance ≤0.5mm/m) to avoid seal failure.
