      The Shandong Jinglan pulverized coal distributor is an indispensable component in the ironmaking pulverized coal injection system.       The body of the pulverized coal distributor is made of carbon steel structure, featuring high-precision machining and geometric accuracy. Particularly, the conical inner cavity design is both simple and compact, with a small volume and lightweight, making maintenance more convenient. Additionally, the outlet area of the branch pipes is similar to the inlet channel area. Utilizing airflow characteristics, when the solid-gas flow enters the inner cavity under high pressure, it forms a vortex that effectively envelops the pulverized coal and evenly distributes it to each branch pipe.

      Among these, the YFPQ type upward-angle pulverized coal distributor is specifically designed for single-pipeline pulverized coal conveying systems in ironmaking coal injection. It ideally distributes pulverized coal for multi-pipe injection at the furnace front. Its outlet pipe diameters come in three specifications: 15, 20, and 25, and it offers two connection methods—flange and threaded—providing flexibility to meet different needs.
