Regular Slag Removal: Inspect slag buildup on the filter plate each shift to prevent pipeline pressure buildup caused by increased differential pressure.
Filter Plate Replacement: The service life of wear-resistant manganese steel filter plates is approximately 6-12 months; replace promptly if wear exceeds tolerance.
Fault Contingency: A dual-filter parallel design allows for "one in use, one on standby," enabling slag removal without interrupting coal injection.
