1. The air supplement regulator is installed on the pulverized coal main pipeline at the outlet of the injection tank. It is used during pneumatic conveying to dilute the high-concentration pulverized coal from the injection tank, ensuring thorough and uniform solid-gas mixing, and forming a stable dense-phase solid-gas two-phase flow. This device has a wide range of air volume adjustment and is a key equipment for long-distance dense-phase conveying of pulverized coal.

2. The internal design of this device is unique. By adjusting the round nut, the gap of the air supplement channel can be changed, thereby regulating the air volume and flow rate, allowing for adjustment of the coal injection volume to meet optimal production needs.

This air supplement regulator improves the straight conical annular gap air channel to a swirling air channel, ensuring more thorough and uniform mixing of powder and gas. It allows for arbitrary adjustment of the powder-gas mixing ratio, generates pulsation phenomena, greatly enhances conveying capacity, reduces conveying costs, has a low failure rate, and a long service life. During dense-phase conveying, adjusting the bypass air supplement volume can regulate the powder flow rate over a wide range and disrupt the formation of material columns, achieving stable long-distance conveying effects. This air supplement device adopts an inner and outer pipe structure, with the central pipe conveying pulverized coal and the outer annular pipe conveying secondary air at a certain jet angle, mixing circumferentially with the central powder. It is widely applicable to pneumatic conveying and dust removal systems for pulverized coal in blast furnace injection, fly ash in power plants, cement, dust, and other powders.
