Flow Assistance and Blockage Prevention
By allowing compressed air to penetrate the porous fluidizing plate, the powder material is fluidized, significantly reducing inter-particle friction, preventing bridging or agglomeration, and ensuring smooth material discharge.
Fluidization Enhancement
Installed at multiple points in areas such as the cone of blow tanks and dead zones of powder silos to eliminate material buildup and accumulation, promoting the formation of a solid-gas mixture for materials like pulverized coal.
Anti-Backflow Design
Utilizes an irreversible nozzle structure with low pressure loss (activation at 0.05MPa), effectively preventing powder and gas backflow to avoid contamination of pipelines and the environment.

Fluidizing Plate Material: Made of sintered stainless steel mesh (SUS316L/304), corrosion-resistant, high-temperature resistant (-220–480°C), with uniform porosity and high mechanical strength.
Installation Types:
Point Layout: Multiple installations on the outer wall of the silo cone to address localized material accumulation issues.
Connection Methods: Supports welding or flange fastening, suitable for long-term stable operation or maintenance and replacement scenarios.
